Who is this website for? This website is intended for people involved or interested in supported employment. A definition of supported employment is provided on the 'about' tab on the home page. It is intended for professionals working in human services, employers, employees, parents and carers and basically anybody who is interested in furthering the cause and development of supported employment.
What does this website do? Those registered with the site are invited to exchange ideas and discuss issues of good practice surrounding supported employment from around the world via the talk forum. This will be an interactive forum for those involved in supported employment. |  |

The site also provides an update on news and events and training opportunites in supported employment. and an opportunity for you to let us know of any news and events occurring in your locality or organisation.

Training opportunities, these fall into 2 strands:
 | short courses and conferences being offered, represented through the news and events page. |  | nationally and internationally recognised courses with qualifications in supported employment. This will include the Certificate and Diploma in Supported Employment |

Candidates undertaking the Diploma or Certificate in Supported Employment will also have the following facilities:

How do I register? Registration for this site is easy. Simply click on the registration button located on the 'apply online' tab on the home page and enter your email address and a password of your choice. You will then be sent an email. To activate your account simply click on this email. Those wishing to apply for the Certificate or the Diploma in Supported Employment can also do so at this location. For more information about the Certificate and Diploma please click on the 'About' tab at the top of this page

This website and the learning programmes and awards being offered through the site have been developed with assistance from the EU Leonardo da Vinci Community Vocational Training Action Programme.
The promoter of the project is Norman Mackie and Associates Ltd.,U.K. and Partners include DGA - Poland, Salva Vita in Hungary, Jurta in the Czech Republic, Astangu in Estonia, WCLD University of Cardiff and Partnership team Ltd.,U.K. 150 Job Coaches or Employment Advisers will be undertaking either the Cerificate or Diploma programme from participating countries. The programmes have been designed to assist individuals who provide support services to job seekers with disabilities or significant barriers to finding and keeping employment,develop their knowledge, skills and practices.
